The DietChef Thing: Day 17.

Hey everyone.

Again, this is going to be a short entry, as this has been another day of awful migraine. I have really done not much of anything except huddle in my corner, listen to plays on a very low volume and pray for things to get better. At about a quarter past five I had to give in and go to bed. At nine I woke up, had my last snack from one graze box plus my DC snack in place of dinner and a cup of tea. I'm even wondering if I was sensible to have those at the moment, but if I have to take meds in the night I'll need something inside me. Now I'm going back to my soft pillow and Watership Down, my total comfort and escape book. I do hope I'm better tomorrow, Saturday's my busy day. Goodnight everyone.

Food eaten today.

Breakfast: Treacle Pecan Granola.

Lunch: Carrot and Coriander Soup.

Dinner: Snack from graze box, almonds, hazel nuts, raspberry fruit strings, 4 white chocolate buttons, precisely 4, I counted! Smiling.

Snack: Cheese and Red Onion Soy and Potato Snacks.

Drinks: Tea, no milk or sugar.

Bad? yes but no, again a Graze snack had to replace my dinner, but I didn't exceed my calory allowance.

Are you hungry? Hell no!

Mood: Ouchy in the extreme.
